His areas of experience include investment management, retirement planning, risk management and tax and estate planning.

Frank received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he majored in Economics.  He received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the USC Marshall School of Business, graduating with honors as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.  He continued his professional education by acquiring the CFP® certification.  In addition, he holds multiple securities licenses, including Series 7, 63, 65 and 24.  He also possesses a California Insurance License (#0C12520).
